Health Benefits at Tudor Gate Surgery

On Thursday afternoons Lou Allerhand from Monmouthshire Citizen's Advice will be available for help and advice on Health Benefits for people with long term health problems, disabilities, care and mobility needs.

To make an appointment, drop in to Abergavenny Citizen's Advice at 19a&b Cross Street (10am - 1pm weekdays except Thursday) or telephone 07593 16660.

Lou can offer advice on entitlement and help with completion of application forms for:

  • Personal Independent Payments
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Disability Living Allowance
  • Employment Support Allowance
  • Carer's Allowance
  • The Blue Badge Scheme

She will also make charitable applications, liaise with the DWP, local council and other statutory and voluntary bodies, assist with challenging decisions and prepare tribunal submissions.
