Developed by Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW), this digital service makes it easier for people in Wales to register their interest in receiving routine NHS dental treatment.

Key Benefits

  • Register Once – No need to call around multiple practices.

Who Can Apply?

You can use the portal if:

  • You are 16 or over, or applying as a parent or guardian for a child.

  • You live in Wales for more than 6 months a year or are registered with a Welsh GP.

  • You have not received routine NHS dental treatment in the last 4 years.

How It Works

  1. Apply Online – For yourself or on behalf of someone else.

  2. Provide Key Info – You'll need the NHS number and date of birth of the applicant.

  3. Secure Login – A One-Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent to your phone or email.

  4. Stay Updated – Log in anytime to track progress or respond to appointment offers.

Accessibility and Support

  • NHS 111 Wales provides interpreter support in over 120 languages.

  • Support is available for those who are D/deaf or hard of hearing.
