Developed by Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW), this digital service makes it easier for people in Wales to register their interest in receiving routine NHS dental treatment.

Who Can Apply?
You can use the portal if:

You are 16 or over, or applying as a parent or guardian for a child.

You live in Wales for more than 6 months a year or are registered with a Welsh GP.

You have not received routine NHS dental treatment in the last 4 years.
How It Works

Apply Online – For yourself or on behalf of someone else.

Provide Key Info – You'll need the NHS number and date of birth of the applicant.

Secure Login – A One-Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent to your phone or email.
