ChatHealth – Text a School Nurse 📱

The ABUHB School Nursing Service has partnered with ChatHealth NHS to offer a confidential text messaging service for young people aged 11 to 19.

You can text a school nurse for advice and support with any physical or emotional health concerns.

How to use the service 💬

Simply send a text message to:

Messages are confidential, and you can remain anonymous if you prefer.

Your privacy 🔒

We will not inform parents, teachers, or anyone else if you contact the school nurse.

However, if we are concerned about your safety, we may need to share information to help keep you safe. We will always try to speak with you first.

When you'll get a reply ⏱️

We aim to respond within one working day. You will receive an automatic reply to confirm your message has been received.

Messages are only monitored during normal working hours.

Need help sooner? 🚑
