Who can use this service?

The counselling service is available if you:

  • are over 18
  • live in Wales or Northern Ireland
  • are affected by epilepsy, including parents and carers

Living with a long-term health condition like epilepsy is not always easy. It can also be difficult to support a loved one with epilepsy.

Signs you might benefit from support include:

  • losing interest in things you usually enjoy
  • being short-tempered
  • isolating yourself from others
  • having trouble focusing
