This does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

You can order your repeat prescription using the NHS Wales App or one of the other options listed below.

You can access health services using the NHS Wales App. The App is a simple and secure way to:

  • Book routine appointments
  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • View parts of your medical record

To access the App, you must have a fully verified NHS Login, or valid photo ID to prove who you are, and be aged 16 or over.

Other ways to order your repeat medication

You can also order your repeat medication:

  • By putting your paper repeat slip into the box in the surgery foyer
  • By posting your repeat slip to the surgery. Please include a stamped addressed envelope if you would like us to post your prescription back to you
  • Via the chemist-managed service
