In March 2026, there were a total of 150 missed appointments across all our clinicians.

Breakdown of missed appointments

68 people did not attend their GP appointment

55 people did not attend their nurse appointment

19 people did not attend for a blood test

4 people did not attend to have their child vaccinated

4 people did not attend other booked appointments

Missed appointments mean valuable clinical time is lost and other patients may wait longer to be seen.

If you can no longer attend your appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone else.
