Dementia UK is offering free, confidential clinic appointments with a specialist dementia nurse, known as an Admiral Nurse.

These clinics are being delivered in partnership with Nationwide Fairer Futures and are coming to local branches in September 2026.

Clinic dates and locations

  • Nationwide Abergavenny branch: Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 September 2026
  • Nationwide Monmouth branch: Thursday 17 September 2026

You do not need to be a Nationwide customer. Everyone is welcome.

How to book

To book your appointment, please visit Dementia UK online, scan the QR code on the poster, or speak to a Nationwide colleague in branch.
