2wish supports people affected by the sudden and traumatic death of a child or young adult aged 25 or under throughout Wales.

Jacobs Foundation

Jacobs Foundation aims to help prevent suicide through direct intervention with vulnerable people.

The foundation also raises awareness of mental health and suicide issues, promotes positive mental health, and supports people bereaved through suicide in South Wales.

The foundation seeks to protect vulnerable people and to educate and support local communities.

Through fundraising events, the foundation raises funds in an accountable way to support the communities who kindly donate.
