If you would like help to stop, reduce or manage an unhealthy habit, support is available. This page includes links and services that may help with weight management, smoking, eating well, alcohol, drugs, gambling and workplace wellbeing.

Me and My Health

If you have a long-term physical or mental health condition, the Me and My Health scheme can help you and your carer provide clear information to health and care staff.

This information may be helpful if staff need to visit your home in an emergency.
