How to make an appointment
There are several ways to request an appointment or speak to a clinician. Please choose the option that best matches your need.
Call the surgery to speak to a clinician
If you need to see or speak to a clinician about a health problem, please call the surgery on the main number between 8.00am and 6.30pm.
Call the surgery on 01873 855991
We operate a pre-bookable system for doctors and nurses for both telephone and face-to-face consultations. These appointments can be booked by calling the surgery or online.
If you are booking an appointment by phone, we ask patients to call after 10.00am where possible, as the phone lines are usually less busy.
We also keep a number of appointments available on the day for urgent problems, which can be booked by calling the surgery.
Please give the call handler as much information as possible about your health problem. This helps the clinician assess the urgency of your request and allows us to prioritise clinically urgent queries.
Book appointments online
You can book some appointments online using the NHS Wales App.
