How to make an appointment - Tudor Gate Surgery

1. If you need to see/speak to a clinician for a health problem, please call the surgery on the main number between 8.00am & 6.30pm.

We operate a pre-bookable system for doctors and nurses for telephone and face-to-face consultations. These appointments can be booked by calling the surgery or online via MHOL.

For appointments pre-booked by phone we request that patients call after 10am when the phones are less busy. We also have a number of appointments available on the day for urgent problems, which can be booked by calling the surgery.

Please give the call handler as much details as possible regarding your health problem. This information will help the clinician determine the urgency of your call so that we can prioritise clinically urgent queries.

4. Our nursing team have appointments available daily to see patients with minor illness problems such as coughs, sore throats and urinary infections. Where necessary, they can arrange prescriptions. The receptionist may offer you one of these appointments.
